Some online courses look simple when you first enroll, but the workload can quickly change that. I recently found myself spending much longer on assignments than expected. It got me thinking about online class takers and why some students consider that option. I’m interested in the reasoning behind it, not trying to promote anything. Would you consider outside assistance when deadlines become difficult? Where do you think students should draw the line between getting guidance and doing the work themselves?
