Mrs. Kieonte owner of a Assisted Living Start -up services & Training (Approved State vendor- OHCQ) offer the 80-Hour Managers Assisted Living Course- via ZOOM online every Monday THROUGH Friday {camera must be on 100%} during training and you must be seated. This course includes Maryland State COMAR regulations, Maryland State Licensure application, and 25 hours of self-study through workbook and email. (According to State Regulation 10.07.14.20, you will be responsible for 25 hours of self-study.) Orientation to COMAR Residents Rights Psychosocial Needs of the Elderly Philosophy of Assisted Living Resident Assessment Process Service Planning Admissions and Discharge Procedures Resident Agreement and Working with Families Uniform Disclosure Statement Staff Planning Policies & Procedures Infection Control/Hand Washing Food Safety & Precautions Menu Planning And Nutrition (Diet Manual) Aging & Brain Function Mental Behavioral Health Emergency Disaster & Fire Safety Survey Process and Risk Management End of Life and Palliative Care Record Keeping and Care Notes Medication Management Administration Role of The Delegating Nurse Controlled Substances Pain Management and Common Diseases M.O.L.S.T.
